Our Story

I'm Scott McGinlay, the founder of Paisley Pie Co, and what a journey it's been so far! Food has always been in my blood. Growing up around my family's butchery business in Paisley, I learned from a young age the importance of quality ingredients, hard work and looking after your customers. Those values have stayed with me throughout everything I've done. Before Paisley Pie Co, I built Scott McGinlay Catering, a business that grew from humble beginnings into catering for hundreds of events, weddings, celebrations, major organisations and some pretty incredible occasions across Scotland. But I had another idea....

Paisley Pie Co came from that same mindset — taking a traditional favourite and doing it better. Using quality ingredients, proper recipes, and a bit of creativity, the pies quickly gained a following. From classic Scotch pies to viral creations like the Lasagne Pie and Paisley Bake, the brand grew rapidly through social media and customer support.
